Each teacher associated with the Central Bellydance School has a unique perspective and teaching style. They also specialize in different dance styles. Taking classes with lots of different teachers helps you develop a style, or voice, all your own and a more complete understanding of key concepts. Am-Cab, Persian & other Folklore
Ellen's classes put a modern twist on the individualism and creativity of American Cabaret, while building a strong foundation in traditional dance styles and folklore.
Lisa Lumina
Retro Egyptian, Awalim, & Am-Cab
Lisa designs her classes to give students the skills to express their own voice in an authentic way, and coaches them to build confidence in their choices.
Liz
Fusion and & Group Improvisation
Liz teaches group improvisational classes that encourage students to find the joy in dancing together, while improving dance skills both physically and mentally.
Hannah
Vintage Turkish, Am-Cab, and Yoga
Hannah is excellent at giving students the building blocks of oryantal dans, and encouraging them to develop a style that is all their own.
