Every class introduces a few fascinating isolations (yes, your body DOES move that way!) with a focus on building good movement habits, so you can keep dancing into old age, and the cultural context of the dance as both a performance art and a social activity.

In addition to dance technique and skills practiced every week, we alternate the final section of class between practicing combos and learning skills to help you translate the music into motion, so you can create your own dancing and express yourself! There is an optional student troupe practice before class, from 6:15 - 6:30.

Come cut loose, meet some new friends, gain strength, and discover the amazing things your body can do!
